Returns Policy

We provide free shipping to the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, and areas. For shipping to the Central Coast and Sydney Regions or the Cessnock City Council, there is a flat $20 fee.


Upon confirmation of payment, shipping to these regions will take between 5-10 business days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a "Change of Mind" return. To be eligible for such a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in original and undamaged condition.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and your purchase, less a 10% handling fee and cost of freight, shall be refunded. This refund shall be provided via the same method through which you originally made payment.

Late or missing refunds:
First contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There can often be processing time before a refund is posted.
